It's life around us that pressures us and we didn't choose that for ourselves. on the flip side, just know that a lot of us go through times like these and that we can get through this together and we have gotten through this together. Whatever you choose to do, just know that we care for you! edit: yeah i remember i would exercise every other day and i would force myself to do this much and that much and i got burnt out after a few years. I started working out again but this time its been with 3 types of effort : minimal, "this is fun" and "lets go extra today because i feel like it" and the days of forcing myself and risking injury are now over and im no longer feeling apathetic from over exercising, like i can actually laugh at jokes now.

Don’t ever apologize for needing to take time away for yourself or feeling like you’re disappointing/abandoning the community in any way, shape or form. You are not responsible for our happiness or joy, we as individuals are. Yes, your content is an outlet, an escape for the community when one wants/needs to get away for that short period of time. Though with that being said, if our happiness/joy as an audience is based on your work, there’s something deeper going on and you’re not responsible for that, and again, shouldn’t have to/do not need to apologize. You reference saying you should’ve seen this coming, and it’s okay that you didn’t because as familiar as it may have felt, it’s different on so many levels. There’s a quote that says, “It’s best to never say you’ve hit rock bottom, you can always go lower. And the thing about hell, there’s always another one below.” We as individuals feel that just because we’ve dealt with something once, we’ll know what to look for in the instance there is a “next time”, some may do so, but some may not and that’s OKAY. omg i still remember the christmas when my grandma gifted me & my sister a bratz doll each and i was sooo jealous that my sister got a blonde (cloe) while i got brunette yasmine... because i love(d) light hair 😊 i also had bratz wall stickers on my wall for a few years and i remember how sad i was when they peeled off due to dust 🫣 i think i'll get myself a bratz cloe as a grown up, i deserve it 😌
